Not sure where to start? We've got you.
Start with at least 2 women, but invite as many as you want. A friend going through a hard time. Your sister. Your neighbor. The more women dancing together, the better.
Share your personal invite link. Say: "I signed a pledge to dance with women I love — and you're one of them. Will you dance with me?"
Schedule a time or be spontaneous. Put on a song in the kitchen. Start a video call dance party. Meet at a park. There's no wrong way.
One song is all it takes. Three minutes of moving together. Laugh, cry, be silly — just move. No choreography needed.
After you dance, come back and report it. Tell us how many danced, where you were, what song moved you. Every report gets us closer to the goal.
